We manufacture absorbent materials and finished disposable products for private label, developing specific configurations on request according to the customer’s requirements and the intended application. 

The choice of materials, the structure of the different layers and the required level of absorbency are defined according to the characteristics expected from the finished product. 

For babies: disposable changing mats

Disposable changing mats are designed to provide a soft, impermeable surface during diaper changes. 

Practical for use away from home, they can provide a protective surface in a variety of everyday situations and, depending on the specific product configuration, can also be used to protect a crib or cot.

For new mothers: nursing pads

Nursing pads are designed to absorb breast milk leakage and help keep the fabric in contact with the breast dry. 

They are thin and shaped to fit inside the bra. An adhesive strip helps keep them in place during use. 

The product configuration can include cotton in the skin-contact layer and an impermeable outer layer, combining liquid absorption and containment with ease of use. 

For adults: underarm sweat pads

Underarm pads are designed to absorb perspiration and limit contact between moisture and clothing. 

Their thin, shaped structure allows them to be applied inside garments, where they perform an absorbent function and help protect the fabric from visible sweat marks. 

Here too, materials, shape and absorbency can be defined according to the characteristics required for the product.

Personal care products: our manufacturing processes

The lamination of absorbent materials is one of the areas in which Magic has developed its manufacturing expertise over time. 

Combining different materials means bringing different properties and functions together within the same structure. Absorbent layers, contact materials, films and other components can be configured according to the product and the performance required. 

Development therefore starts with the application: different materials are assessed, tests are carried out and the results compared to define the structure best suited to the project specifications. 

The process combines knowledge of materials, converting technologies and application testing, from defining the structure through to manufacturing the finished product.
