March 19th 1987 – March 19th 2022: Magic is 35 years old today.

On this special occasion we asked CEO Mauro Giani three “magic” words with which to describe the company.

The first word is INNOVATION

Innovation is a concept that has been associated with Magic since it was born.
35 years ago it was my dad Luciano Giani who thought of pairing a microperforated film with an absorbent material to make the first food-pad. Today innovation for Magic means Airgel g-grade, the first fully compostable airlaid.

The second word is ECO-RESPONSIBILITY

Today entrepreneurs have an important role in protecting the environment. That’s why we developed the food pad called g-pad, which uses Airgel g-grade’s structure.

The last one is PEOPLE

Last but not least, people.
We are a small community whose relationships are based on sharing, listening and respect
If Magic today is what it is, it is really thanks to the balance of relationship that has been created and supported. so that belonging to Magic is satisfying for those who work here.
