Magic achieves three stars in the legality rating: a commitment fulfilled
From its first recognition in 2024 to the highest rating awarded by the Italian Competition Authority in July 2026. A result that reflects the consistency of Magic’s approach to corporate governance.
Magic S.p.A. has achieved three stars in the Legality Rating, the highest score awarded by the Italian Competition Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato – AGCM), as officially confirmed on 30 July 2026.
The recognition represents a further step in strengthening the company’s corporate governance.
The process began in October 2023, when Magic submitted its first application for the Legality Rating, receiving two out of three stars in January 2024.
At that time, Magic made a clear commitment: to continue the work already undertaken and achieve the highest possible rating at the next renewal.
Today, that goal has been achieved.
The Legality Rating, awarded by the AGCM based on mandatory requirements and additional qualifying criteria, is designed to encourage ethical business conduct.
For Magic, this achievement is part of its ongoing focus on Governance, one of the three ESG dimensions, and reflects the importance placed on ethical conduct and responsible business management.
The three stars recognise the progress made and confirm compliance with the requirements set out in the Regulation. They also serve as a reminder of the responsibility to maintain those standards over time.
An organisation’s strength can also be measured by its ability to honour its commitments over time.
This recognition is a source of particular pride for us because it gives tangible meaning to a commitment we made in 2024,
comments Mara Galli.
Achieving the third star means reaching the highest possible rating, but it also means seeing the recognition of a process built over time through deliberate decisions, responsibility and shared effort. This achievement.
