On 5 November 2025, Magic Spa was recognized with the Women’s Inclusion Award during an event focused on the R.I.T.A. 2.0 project, an initiative led by Fondazione Adecco with the support of Fondazione De Agostini and Fondazione Deloitte. The event took place in Milan at Sala Alessi, Palazzo Marino.

The award recognises Magic Spa’s commitment to supporting employment inclusion programmes for women experiencing economic and social vulnerability. The company joined the project in 2024, welcoming two participants in different departments – communications and R&D lab – and offering them concrete opportunities to gain autonomy and develop new skills.

The R.I.T.A. 2.0 project, launched in 2021, aims to support women’s economic independence through guidance, training and job placement.

Following the positive results of the first edition, the initiative has been relaunched for the two-year period 2024-2025 with the aim of involving at least 100 women through personalised reskilling and career development programmes.

Magic Spa’s participation confirms its commitment to fostering a corporate culture rooted in inclusion, equal opportunities and human potential development, principles that guide its work and shape its responsible approach within the Italian industrial landscape.
