Once a year, we stop.
We stop the calls, the deadlines, the daily rush, and we simply get together.

Last week, the whole Magic team gathered for our annual corporate meeting. Two hours of updates, numbers, new products, and shared goals.
But the value of that moment was not only in the words said from the stage. It was also in the faces, the encounters and the conversations that these images capture.

The colleagues who joined us in the past year, stepping into a room full of people they’re still getting to know.
The ones who’ve been here for 10 or 20 or 30 years, carrying with them a kind of quiet knowledge that no onboarding document could ever capture. Years that say everything about trust, about belonging, about what it means to truly choose a place.

Once again, this year, we held at a winery nestled among the vineyards of the Novarese hills. First resentations and reports, then aperitivo and a buffet dinner as the light faded over the vines.

Same place, same ritual. Perhaps this very continuity says something about us: the need to reconnect with one another, every now and then, away from the daily grind, over good food, good wine and conversations that an email exchange could never replace.

This is Magic.
