G-pad is an absorbent food pad designed to manage the liquids released by packaged food.
It is OK Compost Industrial certified by TÜV Austria for industrial composting.
During use, G-pad absorbs excess liquids and helps keep the contact area inside the pack drier.
Once it has completed its primary function, it can be disposed of with organic waste where permitted by local rules and collection systems. Its OK Compost Industrial certification confirms its compostability under the conditions required for industrial composting.
The next stage takes place in industrial composting facilities, where the pad can be treated together with other organic waste under the conditions defined by the process and the relevant certification.
