R.I.T.A. 2.0 project: Magic supports the inclusion initiative promoted by Fondazione De Agostini
After a three-month trial period, Magic has reaffirmed its commitment to the R.I.T.A. 2.0 Project by offering a permanent contract to one of the two professionals involved. Developed by Fondazione Adecco with the support of Fondazione De Agostini and Fondazione Deloitte, this initiative focuses on reskilling, training, and professional inclusion of women in vulnerable situations, and creating new professional opportunities
