Project<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Daniela Tadiotto, with a professional background in graphic design and publishing, was selected for her skills and experience. \u2028Last October, she joined Magic\u2019s communication department, rediscovering her passion and updating her expertise.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<em>&#8220;I\u2019m grateful for the opportunity that the R.I.T.A. Project has given to me,&#8221; <\/em>she said<em>. &#8220;It brought me back to my hometown and introduced me to a dynamic and welcoming organisation where I found colleagues with whom I work in perfect harmony. \u2028I\u2019m acquiring new skills in graphic design, a sector that is constantly evolving. In Magic\u2019s laboratories, she found the stability she needed, applying her innate precision and structured approach to analytical tasks. Magic\u2019s professional environment provided her with an opportunity for career growth in a stimulating context.<br \/>\nHer integration process was a major challenge, but thanks to the structured support of the R.I.T.A. (Reskilling Inclusion Talent Achievement) is a project launched in 2021 by Fondazione Adecco with support from J.P. Morgan, to help women experiencing economic and social hardship, further exacerbated by the pandemic. \u2028Following the success of its first edition, which helped over 200 women through training and career orientation, the project has been relaunched for the 2024-2025 biennium with the backing of Fondazione De Agostini and Fondazione Deloitte.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-ccp-border-bottom=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-bottom=\"0px\" data-ccp-border-between=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-between=\"0px\">Its goal is to provide real opportunities to at least 100 women through a process that includes training, coaching, and job placement. Thanks to collaborations with companies, associations, and institutions, the program offers structured support to help participants develop their skills and re-enter the job market with greater confidence and stability.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #92b843;\"><strong>Magic has chosen to support the project, reaffirming its commitment to promoting inclusion and fostering talent, regardless of personal background.<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Magic\u2019s participation in the R.I.T.A. 2.0 Project demonstrates how collaboration between companies and foundations can generate a positive social impact.
